Privacy

What we collect
- Your entry: name, line, category, location, links, uploaded CV. Public, except the email.
- Email: private. Used for receipts, your edit link and anything about your entry. Not sold, not shared, not used for newsletters.
- Payments: for crypto, the transaction, the sending address and the payout address you give. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers, only the payment's id, amount and status. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to what they collect.
- LinkedIn sign-in (if you use it): your LinkedIn id, name, email and profile picture, used to mark your entry as verified and to show the picture. We do not post to LinkedIn or read anything else.
- CV autofill (if you drop a CV): the PDF is read by an automated service (Anthropic's Claude API) to suggest the form's fields; it is not used to train anything and is not kept by that service beyond processing.
- Visits: a salted, daily-rotating hash of your IP address and browser, to count visitors and people online. It cannot be turned back into you and is deleted after three days. Clicks on an entry's links are counted per entry, not per visitor.
Cookies
Only functional ones: the theme you picked, remembered edit links (in your browser's local storage, never sent to us), a short-lived cookie during LinkedIn sign-in, and the admin's session. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics. The site may be served through Cloudflare, which sets its own technical cookies.
Where it goes
Data is stored on our server in the EU. Payment processors, blockchains (public by nature) and LinkedIn receive what is described above. Share pictures and the board may be shown on other sites when someone shares a link.
How long
For as long as your entry exists, plus what we must keep for accounting. Hide or delete your entry with your edit link, or email us and we will remove it. Payment records are kept as the law requires.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of what we hold about you at [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 18; tell us and we will delete it.
